The service was exceptional, no complains at all.

We have spent 3 days in double room with a partial view, drink or fridge, a very comfortable mattress. The staff were pleasant people on the reception desk, and location was marvellous and beautiful. The airport was 10 km away.

Amazing location, close to Royal Danish Playhouse. Nicely furnished and double superior rooms with 2 juliet balconies. Easy check-in, parking nearby.

Wi-Fi was bad.

Can just recommend for a lightning stop.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a huge breakfast selection that exceeded my expectations, and the location is convenient for exploring the city just 10 km away.

bathroom was modern, location was near old harbor and quiet, breakfast was good, many conveniences offered by hotel like bicylces for rent and food available all night.

I was genuinely pleased with the friendly staff. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, ensuring each morning started right. The location made it easy to explore the city. Nonetheless, the facilities need an update.

We would have liked access to British television since Wimbledon was on . This was not covered by Eurosport or bbc World

Spotless fabulous hotel, efficient staff and particularly good location on the waterfront opposite the Opera House near Nyhavn. Good-sizedroom with such a big bedroom and a lovely view and fridge as advertised. Great customer care, parking nearby. A gym was a big bonus too...

We loved the car park right below the hotel-it was super convenient with a nice discount! The location was fantastic for exploring and getting around. We also enjoyed our spacious Standard Queen Room with easy access to nearby attractions. Plus, the ambiance really gave off those cozy vibes.

Good breakfast spread, especially the breads & cereals. the location is very good, right next to ameliaborg and nyhavn.

Front desk staff indifferent, not interested in giving any tourist information, maybe because most of the week day guests are businessmen? The bathroom was very basic & quite dirty. The floor was pebbles set in concrete which was cold, uncomfortable and impossible to keep clean. The grouting in the shower area was dirty & the half glass did not prevent water from splashing out, but o bathmat was provided. The mixer didn't work very well so you got cold water one moment & hot the next.the room itself was ok in terms of size, but the furniture had seen better days. There was an empty Bacardi bottle I saw on our last day behind the bed & since we didn't put it there... Anyway, the place was very tolerable thanks to it's location & breakfast, but definitely not worth the high price.
